Days are anchored by physical training, intensive counseling and trauma intervention (CBT, crisis counseling, addiction recovery), and structured meditation.

Addresses the root causes of criminal behavior through education, therapeutic tools, and structured support. Every resident pursues GED classes, ACCS college coursework, or a marketable skilled trade, alongside reduced-intensity counseling and evening reflection.

Moves residents from preparation into real responsibility. Living conditions normalize (2-person rooms, no bars) as residents work full-time, earn living wages, and take on leadership and mentoring roles inside a structured internal economy.

Bridges personal transformation with community responsibility. Residents take part in structured restorative justice sessions, confronting the impact of their actions and developing empathy, while families receive trauma-informed counseling to rebuild communication.

Builds a stable bridge from incarceration to community life. Reentry coaches help each participant secure verified employment, stable housing, restored identification, and financial literacy before a formal release recommendation is granted.
